Totes

Arena Products’ 330 shipper is the largest plastic collapsible tote available and is capable of holding 330 gallons (3000 lb liquid capacity) or 45 cubic feet (4500 lb. bulk solid) – equivalent to the contents of six 55-gallon drums in the space of four.  All-plastic construction won’t splinter, rust or harbor contamination. Collapsibility of tote allows for substantial return shipping and storage costs savings. A low tare weight of 175 pounds allows for an increased shipping payload (154 empties in a 45 ft. trailer). Bag-in-box packaging eliminates flushing, cross contamination and effluent disposal. It also permits for aseptic filling and discharging. Totes can be managed with most common equipment via the four-way fork entry. Units can also be stacked four-high to improve storage space utilization.

Arena Products’ revolutionary, reusable containers are designed to withstand the dynamic pressures associated with the transport of bulk liquids or solids. By applying computer aided design simulation, along with plastic composite technologies developed for the automotive and aerospace industries, Arena has created a material breakthrough in containers - a greater strength-to-weight ratio than steel.

Bags

The Arena Drop-In Cassette Liner System helps reduce filling time by eliminating extra, labor-consuming preparation. Arena’s polyethylene liners are tough yet flexible and can be configured for specific materials or applications. 1-, 2- or 3-ply bags are available in a range of thicknesses and configurations (pillow or fitted styles as well as snout and open-top styles). Arena can even supply liquid liners configured with films that will give the exact barrier properties needed to meet customer’s applications in which products are moisture or oxygen sensitive. The patented Blowfish and Starfish liners offer hands-free discharge from the top or bottom of the totes while reducing residuals without labor-intensive wringing, scraping or cleaning. Air never contacts or contaminates stored product. Discharge uses standard shop air.

Liner bags, 1-, 2- and 3-ply bags as well as the patented Blowfish and Starfish Air-Evac liners, are available for a wide variety of applications. Liners eliminate flushing, effluent disposal and cross contamination between products as well as permits customers to fill and discharge aseptically.
